Our incredible journey began over 7 years ago when the dream of Indigo ELC became a reality. Throughout these years, we have faced challenges, celebrated successes, and grown together as a team and a service.  Your exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication, and constant support have played a pivotal role in our collective accomplishments and growth at Indigo Early Learning Centre.

The entire team at Indigo is immensely grateful for the opportunities you have provided us as educators and the mentorship you have generously given along the way. Your guidance has not only enhanced our professional growth, but also influenced our personal philosophies in life. Thank you for continuously inspiring us and believing in our potential.

Your dedications to standing outside the box and making a change in the early childhood sector is commendable. 

You are one of the most dedicated, driven women I know. 

You embody everything a leader should be including strength and compassion. Your dream and vision created Indigo. A unique community. There are so many 10-year-olds and younger out there in the world with all these amazing memories of Indigo and all the children there now being shaped by our philosophy and practices that are above and beyond. Never have I known such an incredible group of educators over the years and present.   

Such an amazing opportunity to work under someone with such a beautiful vision for what ECE should be!!! Zach keeps telling me he wishes he was still at Indigo. He and all the Indigo kids who are now at school keep talking about how they are wanting to come back (to Indigo). 

Hannah, you are incredible! So inspiring. Huge congratulations to you. I hope you are super proud of yourself. 

Hannah, your mind is amazing and I am certainly in awe of your Innovative ideas. It is an absolute pleasure to work with you.  

Early childhood education and care is not an easy sector to lead in, which is further testament to the accolades you have received from the finalist award recognition as well as the personal acknowledgement by your staff. Congratulations Hannah. 

Congratulations on being recognised for all your vision of how a play based childcare centre should be.   

My child has been at Indigo ELC for three years and I would highly recommend. The educators get to know the children and the interests, have clear communication, and provide a safe space for the children. The centre offers a variety of school activities such as soccer, swimming and library visits. These outings have given my child confidence and exposure to different environments under the care of highly qualified educators. My child loves going to school, has amazing friendships, and comes home exhausted from a fun filled day.   

Indigo ELC is a fantastic early learning centre. Their outdoor play area is the best I've seen on the Coast, offering a natural environment to explore and play. 

  I highly recommend indigo walking around the centre you can quickly see so many beautiful natural environments, and resources so much for the children to explore and just have fun in nature! The sustainability is amazing, definitely the best I have ever seen through a childcare centre. Plus the team culture is warm and loving to all and I am very happy my child comes to indigo.
