I have stuck to doing my Yoga everyday, but varies to when I do it during the day as somedays I have to get up early to go to work. Although I have been doing it more and more in the morning and I prefer it, I feel shattered 10 minutes after I have done the routine after that I feel refreshed and ready for the day. I am still carrying on with the Tara Stiles Yoga Channel on YouTube, the Full Body Routine, I enjoy this video as you slowly warm up at the start and get into the routine. Every other day I am still doing the One Minute Core Exercises that I mentioned on my first Yoga post (HERE) and they are becoming easier to do as I said in my last update but I can still feel my muscles working in my stomach and legs.
I haven’t found better YouTube channel yet any suggestions?!
